A Civil Engineer by qualification, Mr. Gandhi brings a rare passion and creativity to his position as MD of the company. He launched his first project at the age of 27 and won the title of ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the same year (2008). To Mr.Gandhi goes the credit for launching innovative ideas in real estate which have today become synonymous with the Sigma One name.

Over the last 21 years, he has lead one iconic creation after the other, with projects of varying magnitudes and design styles, in Architecture & Urban Design.
A Computers graduate from PICT, Ms Gandhi has a fine eye for detail and oversees the key area of administration. She is calm and meticulous, and ensures smooth operations and efficient running of facilities.
